Though we currently have no plans for a Summer Focus this year, we've
left some of this information from past year's Summer Focus weeks up

Summer Focus
Between 2007 and 2013 Fintry Church ran a week of community activities
during the school summer holidays. There was a mix of activities,
centring round the cafe, with something for children (pre-schoolers
and those in primary school) in the mornings, an evening programme for
all adults, and various other activities at different times.
Prayer
We believe in a God who is interested in our lives,
and in a God who invites us to talk with him about our
lives. During Summer Focus we set aside a room specially for
anyone who wanted somewhere quiet to pray. And we are also
very happy to pray for you - not just during Summer Focus! If
you pop by at any of our activities
you can either ask for someone to pray with you, or just let
us know what it is you'd like prayed for and we will pray for
you. Many of us in the church have
found trypraying
really helpful when we've thought about
praying.
